Malicious prosecution
A merit less (civil or criminal) action instituted solely to harass the defendant. Such misuse of the judicial process may be the basis for an action against the original plaintiff/prosecutor.

Evidence that is relevant to the issues in a case.
False pretenses
Representation of some fact or circumstance which is not true and is calculated to mislead, whereby a person obtains another's money or goods
